Fork Sensors/Label Detection
Fork & label sensors are a special type of through-beam design. The transmitter and receiver are mechanically aligned to save installation time. There are two kinds. Optical and ultrasonic. Optical detects objects by interrupting the beam. Small differences of light absorption can be detected. Ultrasonic detects the properties and thinness of the material from the absorption of the ultrasound. Transparent material can be detected on clear backer material.
Label Sensor for Clear Materials
Label sensor with durable metal housing that provides visual confirmation of proper setup and function. Detects clear and opaque labels on clear and opaque webs.
Ultra-High-Speed Label Sensor
10x faster than standard LABEL•EYE. Increases speed and accuracy of label applying, counting, printing and inspecting tasks. Ultra easy one button set-up.
Opacity Mode Gap Sensor
Detects printed registration marks on most packaging materials on a continuous web. The “one-touch” set-up enables the sensor to be adjusted with a single push of a button.
